Florida Orchestra Performance May 9th

May 9 at 6:30 p.m.:

The Florida Orchestra Performance at Johns Hopkins All Children’s Education and Conference Center (701 Fourth St. S in St. Petersburg)

The Florida Orchestra, led by guest conductor Ryan Haskins, will perform a special concert for patients and families. The concert will include the Overture to William Tell by Rossini, Copland’s Hoe-Down from Rodeo, and big screen favorites Superman and Beauty and the Beast. Prior to the main performance, musicians will play mini-concerts throughout the hospital for patients unable to leave their room. The main performance will also will be simulcast to hospital rooms.
