The Zoo is wild about dads – bring yours for free! In honor of Father’s Day, dads receive free admission on Saturday, June 16 or Sunday, June 17 with the purchase of their son’s or daughter’s full-priced admission ticket (son or daughter can be adult or child ages 3-11).

On Father’s Day weekend, dads get in free to The Florida Aquarium with the purchase of a full paid admission.

The program provides a special opportunity for families to enjoy their favorite films in a safe and accepting environment. The auditoriums dedicated to the program have their lights up, the sound turned down and audience members are invited to get up and dance, walk, shout or sing!

Bubbles, bubbles, bubbles! Join us for this celebration of small floating air which will include experiments and, of course, blowing bubbles.

This is an event for the whole family!! If there is an available pavilion we will grab it, if not, there is plenty of space to throw down some blankets and let the kids go wild!! Picnic style so feel free to bring snacks and drinks!! (and don't forget the sunscreen) Al Lopez also has a dog park for those of you with furry babies you would like to bring along.

Do some arts and crafts shopping, enjoy a bite to eat and listen to some live, local music along Treasure Island's .85 mile long beach trail on the first and third Saturdays of June and July. Over 30 vendors. Park on the beach for $5. Parking entrance at 112th Avenue & Gulf Boulevard. Live music at 1pm from Sunza Beaches and Michael Nichols at 5pm.Sunset at 8:29pm.

Join us for a free cooking class with classically French-trained chef, Rita Fabula. Rita has cooked her way across France, Greece, Italy and Istanbul and was a former instructor at the Baltimore International Culinary College. Registration required and the first fifteen to sign-up are guaranteed a taste.
